Welcome to Waymaker Digital Designs. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Waymaker Digital Designs sells printable planners and other digital downloads, and a small number of physical items that are made to order or shipped by partner suppliers. To reach us, email waymakerdigitaldesigns@gmail.com or use the contact form on our store.

2. Digital products

Files are for personal use only. You may print them for yourself, your family and your own events. You may not resell, share, give away or claim the designs as your own. Some designs are made with AI tools, then edited and prepared by us. This is shown on the product page. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.

3. Physical products

Physical items are made to order or sent to you directly by our partner suppliers or print partners. They do not ship from us. Delivery times shown in our Shipping Policy are typical estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy apply to every physical order. Product photos and descriptions are meant to be accurate, but colors, sizes and finishes can vary a little from what you see on screen.

4. Product safety and age

Squishy, fidget and desk-toy style items are for adults and teens 14 and older. They are novelty items and are not intended for children under 14. Please keep them away from young children and pets.

Adult supervision. Adults should supervise any use by teens.
Small parts. Small parts, filling, beads or glitter can come loose and may be a choking hazard. Stop using an item and throw it away if it tears or breaks.
Not food. Some items look like food. Do not eat, taste or put them in your mouth.
Handling. Some items may leave residue on skin, hair, fabric or furniture. Test on a hidden spot first, keep items away from eyes and wash your hands after handling.
Safety testing. Except for magnet items (below), our suppliers do not currently provide safety test reports or a Children's Product Certificate, and we have not had items tested. Check the product page for safety information about a specific item.
Magnets. Items with loose or separable magnets fall under the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission magnet standard (16 CFR part 1262), even when made for adults and teens. We sell one only if the supplier provides a test report showing it meets 16 CFR 1262 or ASTM F963 magnet requirements, or confirms in writing that the magnets are permanently fixed and cannot come loose. Magnets can be dangerous if swallowed. Get medical help right away if a magnet is swallowed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waymaker Digital Designs and its owner are not responsible for injury, harm or damage that results from using an item in a way it was not intended, or from use by children under 14. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited or waived.
