How to use

• Print the US Letter or A5 PDF at Actual Size (100 percent).
• Write the date at the top of a Daily Time Blocks or Half Hour Time Blocks page (the pages are undated).
• Write your Top 3 on the three numbered lines and fill the time rows by hand.
• Name up to four types of blocks in the Color Key, then color the rows with highlighters or colored pencils.
• Mark the break circles as you go and check Done for today. Use the Week Time Blocks page for Morning, Midday, Afternoon and Evening, Monday to Sunday, with a Top 3 for the week.
